I welcome you,
You ugly Beast,
Come and take me,
As if I were your feast.

Bring me your failure,
Your tales of disbelief,
Bring it all,
For in it I find relief.

Your failure does not scare me,
Nor does it make me sweat,
For I am better than you,
In this is you should fret.

I know that when your time is done,
That I will be all the better,
For when you are done with me,
I will remember clearly,
In who and what I am,
And I love me dearly.
